We use Australia Post to dispatch our products. There are 2 different postage options available:
Australia post Standard Parcel Delivery – usually around 3-5 business days Australia Post Express Parcel Delivery – usually around 1-3 business days

Any orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be posted on the same day Any orders placed after 10am Monday to Friday will be posted on the next working day

When choosing your delivery option, please note that Australia Post will only ensure your parcel in case of loss or damage, if that option is chosen at the checkout. If you'd like that extra peace of mind when ordering with us online, then you can add extra cover at the checkout. Any orders under the value of $100 will be covered by Australia Post, however any orders over the value of $100 will need extra cover at $2.50 for each subsequent $100 over the free cover.

If your order is valued above $500 or if you would like a signature on delivery, there will be an extra $2.95 charge, which can be added at the checkout.
