Our Ponytails are made from luxury heat resistant synthetic hair.
They can be washed and styled just like you would your own hair.
They are heat resistant up to 190 degrees. Please always use heat protectant just like you would with your own hair. We recommend "John Frieda Frizz Ease"
As our Ponytails are made from synthetic hair fibres, after a while they can get tangled and dry. To keep your Ponytail looking amazing for longer we suggest to use our "Argon Oil Silicone base Shampoo and conditioner". This recoats the synthetic hair in silicone and gives the hair that shine back again. It completely revitalises the hair. An absolute game changer for all synthetic hair products.
Our Ponytails are super easy to install yourself. It takes a few minutes to completely transform your look.
We use Australia Post to dispatch our products.
There are 2 different postage options available:
Australia post Standard Parcel Delivery – usually around 3-5 business days
Australia Post Express Parcel Delivery – usually around 1-3 business days
Any orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be posted on the same day
Any orders placed after 10am Monday to Friday will be posted on the next working day
When choosing your delivery option, please note that Australia Post will only ensure your parcel in case of loss or damage, if that option is chosen at the checkout.
If you'd like that extra peace of mind when ordering with us online, then you can add extra cover at the checkout.
Any orders under the value of $100 will be covered by Australia Post, however any orders over the value of $100 will need extra cover at $2.50 for each subsequent $100 over the free cover.
If your order is valued above $500 or if you would like a signature on delivery, there will be an extra $2.95 charge, which can be added at the checkout.
