If hair extensions are fitted in the correct way by a professional, then there should be no damage to your natural hair. We recommend to always use a qualified hair extension technician to apply your hair extensions.

BeautifulHair4u Australia is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions caused from our hair extensions. If you have any allergies, please be extremely cautious when purchasing hair from us, as the hair may have come into contact with bleach and other harmful substances.

The amount of hair that you will need, will depend on the method you are using to attach the hair extensions and how thick you would like the end result to look. It will also depend on how thick and/or long your natural hair is and whether you are buying single drawn, double drawn or super double drawn hair. Our New Luxury Full Cuticle Remy Hair Range comes in 50g packets. In 1 packet of Tapes you get 20 Tapes or 10 Sandwiches in each packet. In 1 packet of Micro Keratin Bonds you get 60-80 strands in each packet. In 1 packet of Genius Weft you get 1 long strip measuring ….. cm in length. In 1 packet of Nanos you get 50 strands – 1g per strand

Our New Luxury Range Remy Hair has an estimated life span of 6-9 months, depending on the colour chosen and the after care and maintenance it receives. Although we provide an estimated lifespan for your hair extensions, this is not a guarantee, as it completely depends on the colour chosen, the aftercare and maintenance you give your hair extensions, what products you use on your hair extensions and how often you use heat on your hair extensions. Beautifulhair4u Australia does not accept any responsibility or liability for the life span of your hair extensions.

Yes, you can use heat on your hair extensions. For our Synthetic hair range, you can use heat up to 190 degrees but always remember to use a heat protectant first. For our Luxury Human Hair Range we recommend keeping the heat to no higher than 220 degrees and to always use a heat protectant serum.

Yes, you can wash your hair extensions, but always be mindful of the way that you do. Depending on what method of hair extensions you’ve had installed, there may be a different aftercare routine that you will need to follow. Avoid matting the roots and avoid rubbing the hair together when washing it. Regularly condition the hair and avoid using product on the hair other then what’s been advised by your hair extension technician.

We would not recommend bleaching our hair extensions as they are not Virgin hair and have already been coloured. They can be gently coloured with a toner or hair dye; however, this may alter the quality and the lifespan of the hair. If you choose to bleach or dye your hair extensions, then you do so at your own risk; Beautifulhair4u Australia does not accept any responsibility or liability for bleached or coloured hair extensions after purchase.

Australia Post Standard Delivery usually takes 2-6 Business days. Australia Post Express Delivery usually takes 1-2 Business days. Any orders placed on a Saturday will be posted on the next working day. When choosing your delivery option or if returning a faulty or incorrect item to us, please note that Australia Post will only insure your parcel in case of loss or damage for up to the value of $50 unless extra cover is chosen at the checkout. BeautifulHair4u Australia does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your parcel whilst in transit. Please be aware when choosing Express delivery that there is always a possibility of failure and late delivery and unfortunately this is beyond our control. You will not be entitled to any compensation from BeautifulHair4u Australia due to failure or late delivery.

BeautifulHair4u Australia has a no refund policy; however you can exchange an item as long as the item is in its original packaging, security sealed and completely untouched. For exchange requests please email info@beautifulhair4u.com.au with your order details and with subject title “EXCHANGE ITEM” or call/text Daniella on +61 (0)412563243. Please note that you have 14 days from the date of purchase to make us aware of the exchange. You will need to pay the return postage cost to us and the cost to post the new item out to you, or you are welcome to come in and exchange in store. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, then we will exchange the item for the correct product or replacement item free of charge within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the item is completely unused and unopened, in its original packaging. If upon inspection, we deem the item to be faulty or incorrect you will receive a full refund including both postage costs. You have 5 days from date of delivery to report any missing or wrong items in your order. You must not use the product or dispose of the packaging. We will defend all suspicious claims using information from CCTV, parcel weights, and documentation recorded by both ourselves and Australia Post.

We are aware of the problems that some of our customer may have had with our old premium range of hair. Unfortunately, the factory that we were using at that time and unknowingly to us, had been using a low grade of human hair. Once we started to receive complaints, we immediately returned all of the hair to the factory, and we no longer buy from that factory. We now sell a much higher grade of hair extensions. Our New Luxury Range of hair extensions are Full Cuticle Remy 100% Human hair and they have an estimated lifespan of 6-9 months depending on the colour, the aftercare and maintenance, what products you use on your hair extensions and how often you use heat on your hair extensions.
